From Israel we heard from a former Mossad Intelligence Officer. We heard from how St Loius is epicentral to geospatial metrics on earth and in space- arguably the most vital economic metric. Among other briefings,  a personal favorite identified intelligence variables the todays 2 greatest productive and demanding organisations (USA & China) are raciing around. 

You could profile any place whose peoples lievlihoods concern you on these intelligence characteristics - or indeed add action goals from that place's human development.I

They pioneered a new 5 layer AI frameowrk where layer 5 maps what community actions are being scaled eg in health, agriculture and livelihood education India is one of several embassies hosting events to prompt 20000 brains May 7 to 9 DC convention center

As a Diaspora Scot I am biassed by the diversity of my family tree. My mum was born in Mumbais where her family hosted the city's first pharmacy at Kemps Corner. My dad was born and home schooled until high school in Btoiish Embassies across USSR. Grandad had accidentally become Britain's main intelligence on the evils of Hitler and Stalin. He had  been doing a doctoral thesis on ministry at Heidelberg when world war 1 broke out. As one of relatively few Brits who spoke German, grandad became a minor spy, and at wars end he didnt feel able to host meetings every sabbath. 

Both of my parents were privileged to study at Cambridge. I am fascinated by Cambridge studies in 1935:  opportunity yo meet any of Keynes Von Neumann or Turing at Kings or the grandtaher of Taiwan hi-tech KT Li studuing energy at Cavendish lab 5 minutes walk from Kings. 

Just like grandad, my dad's studies wre interruped by war. After a year at Corus Christi he spent his last days as a teen navigating planes allied bomber command Burma. Privileged to survive he was in Keynes last class at Cambridge then headuinted by the Economist whose editor sent dad to spend a year in New York Princeton region to compile diaries with von Neumann. These were used to question leaders expoenetial valuation at the Economist through the 1950s to the start of the 1990s. Von Neumann's' last notes "Computer and Brain" were a particular favorite of dad's which attracted atentiom of JFKennnedy and royal families in both Japan and UK.

If you attend AI+Expo watch out for embassy chats. I gather India will [provide an update from the world series AI summit relay begun by King Charles at Bletchley 2023 relayed through Korea, France, India and in 2027 Switzerland. Its interesting that scoyts start of engineering 1760-1860 had ended up messily in Asia with East India company steam boats starting opium wars with China and america commander Perry waking up Japan to naval force. 

Moreoever Switzerland soon took over as epicenter of next half century of engineering being assigned role of open source standards for both telecoms and electricity. As we know Swiss neutrality didnt prevent 2 world wars starting out of central Europe and causing both Einstein and Neumann to emigrate to Princeton. Unfortunately the sudden deaths of all of neumann einstein turing in mid 1950s prevented comsistent alumni succession. Neumanns' arguments with Pribceton who wanted to close source all his work effectively meant fragmentation of his knowhow and AI across what became the 17 national labs as well as  mit and stanford  and ualewhere his final work on neurocience and neural networl algorithms was planted.,
